These STILLEN cross drilled and slotted 1-piece rotors are a direct-fit replacement for the factory brakes on the 2003-02/2005 Nissan Titan, the full front and rear set of 4. The package pairs the rotors with ceramic brake pads and keeps the factory geometry, so no caliper modifications are needed. STILLEN positions it as a cost-effective step up in stopping power and consistency without moving to a big-brake kit.
The drilled holes help move heat and water away from the rotor face, which reduces the risk of brake fade and pad glazing under sustained or demanding braking. The slots keep refreshing the pad surface and vent gases so contact stays even and friction stays predictable. The rotors are CAD optimized for a full pad sweep across the rotor face, which cuts down on hot spots and grooving.
The ceramic pads have a chamfered leading edge for grip and produce little brake dust, which keeps the wheels cleaner for daily driving.
