This is the STILLEN 2.5 inch cat-back exhaust for the 2022-2026 Nissan Frontier, finished with a polished 4 inch tip. STILLEN tested 2, 2.25 and 2.5 inch tubing and settled on 2.5 inch to get power gains across the meat of the powerband. Whether the Frontier is a work truck or a weekend toy, this is meant to make it sound and respond better.
The dual mandrel-bent 2.5 inch tubing runs all the way to a single muffler, then exits through a single 3 inch pipe. The signature STILLEN muffler gives the aggressive sound under throttle, and the polished 4 inch tip is a dual-wall design engraved with STILLEN branding. The system is stainless steel, made in the U.S.A., and covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
STILLEN says the system went through a strict regimen of design, engineering and testing before release, with the goal of performance you can feel and use. The cat-back layout leaves the catalytic converter and everything ahead of it alone.
Fitment
Fits the 2022-2026 Nissan Frontier in 4x2 and 4x4. It excludes the Crew Cab with the long bed. This listing is the polished tip version (509460); STILLEN also offers the black tip version as 509461.
