This STILLEN cat-back is a 2.5-inch stainless system for the 5.6L Nissan Titan. STILLEN tested 2-inch, 2.25-inch and 2.5-inch tubing and settled on 2.5 because it gave the strongest gains across the middle of the power band, where a truck actually lives. The listed peak numbers are 43 wheel horsepower at 4,100 rpm and 61 lb-ft of torque at 3,800 rpm, with the standard note that results may vary.
Dual mandrel-bent 2.5-inch tubing runs back to a single STILLEN muffler, then exits through a single 3-inch pipe into a 4-inch black dual-wall tip engraved with the red STILLEN logo. The sound is described as aggressive under throttle, so expect a more vocal truck than stock. The system is stainless and carries a limited lifetime warranty.
Fitment
Listed for the 2016-2024 Nissan Titan with the 5.6L engine in 2WD or 4WD (4x2 and 4x4). It does not fit Titan XD models. Part number 509561.
