The STILLEN cat-back exhaust is built for the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi. Reducing exhaust backpressure and optimizing the layout is meant to improve horsepower and torque where a truck benefits most, in the low and mid RPM range, which STILLEN says improves acceleration and throttle response. The tone is described as aggressive and throaty without sounding thin or flat.
The system is stainless steel with CNC-machined components and mandrel-bent tubing, about 5 lb lighter than stock. STILLEN highlights its adjustability, which allows precise tip alignment, and says the direct bolt-on design was checked at every bend and cut for OEM-quality fitment. It is designed and made in Costa Mesa, California. Pick polished stainless (509600), carbon fiber (509601) or burnt blue (509602) tips.
Fitment
Fits 2019-2024 Ram 1500 models with the 5.7L Hemi and a bumper with exhaust cut-outs, in these configurations: Crew Cab with a 5 ft 7 in bed, Quad Cab with a 6 ft 4 in bed, and Regular Cab with an 8 ft bed.
