S&B Tanks are high capacity direct replacements for the OE fuel tank. Allowing for almost double the fuel capacity, so you can go further and not waste time at the pumps. Let us fuel your adventure.

When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.
Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap). Please call your Mercedes dealer to confirm if you have this option.

Why it works
Plug-and-play installation
The kit includes everything to swap your 24-gallon tank for the 40-gallon S&B tank. It mounts in the stock location with the included straps and extends 13.1 inches forward and 3.3 inches rearward of the original tank.
Your fuel gauge works as normal
The gauge stays on full for the first 5-7 gallons, then moves as normal. Distance to empty still uses stock capacity: at 20 mpg a full 40 gallons gives 800 miles, but the display shows 480.

Made from 1/4" thick crosslink polyethylene and backed by S&B's lifetime warranty.
