This S&B kit replaces the turbo inlet boot and the intake manifold boots on 1994-1996 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke. It is listed as a direct replacement for Ford Turbo Inlet 1820102C2 and Intake Manifold Boots F6TZ-6C640-A.
The kit comes with six worm drive, high-strength hose clamps. You can use your own T-bolt clamps at the lower spider clamp locations if they have been reinforced with Riff Raff plenum inserts. If they have not been reinforced, use the hose clamps that come in the kit.
Fitment
Made for 1994-1996 F-250 and F-350 trucks with the 7.3L Powerstroke. The turbo intake hose only replaces the factory orange boot. It will not fit E-Series vans or 1997 OBS trucks that have the black turbo intake boot.
Install notes
Match the clamp type to the lower spider clamp locations as described above, depending on whether your plenum is reinforced.

Does this fit a 1997 7.3L truck?
The turbo intake hose will not fit 1997 OBS trucks that have the black turbo intake boot.
Will it fit an E-Series van?
No. The vendor says it will not fit E-Series vans.
Which clamps should I use at the lower spider locations?
Use T-bolt clamps only if the plenum has been reinforced with Riff Raff plenum inserts. Otherwise use the hose clamps in the kit.
