Stock hot side pipes on the High Output 6.7L Powerstroke are restrictive, and this S&B pipe is the replacement. It uses a 3" diameter polished aluminum pipe with 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone hose, aimed at better airflow, performance and durability.
This is a High Output only part. The vendor points other 6.7L Powerstroke owners to S&B part 83-2004 for fitment.
Fitment
2023-2026 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty with the High Output 6.7L Powerstroke. It will only fit High Output trucks.
Emissions notes
S&B lists 2023-2026 F-250, F-350 and F-450 as 50 State compliant. A CARB EO is pending for the 2027 model year, and there is no CARB EO for the F-550.

Does this fit standard output 6.7L trucks?
No. It only fits High Output trucks. S&B points other 6.7L trucks to part 83-2004.
Is it emissions legal?
S&B lists 2023-2026 F-250, F-350 and F-450 as 50 State compliant. There is no CARB EO for the F-550.
What is it made of?
A 3" polished aluminum pipe with 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone hose.
