Fitment
Listed for 2011-2015 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L trucks. 2016 and newer trucks use S&B 83-2004, and 2023+ High Output trucks use 83-2005.

Why it works
Replaces the leak-prone OEM pipe
This pipe replaces the OEM hot side intercooler pipe, which is known to come apart and leak.
Larger 3" aluminum pipe
The polished aluminum CAC pipe is 3" in diameter, larger than stock, for less restriction and better airflow.
4-ply aramid, FKM-lined hose
The 4-ply aramid-reinforced, FKM-lined silicone hose is stronger than OE and built to last. It comes with heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps with a 3/4" stainless band and bridge.
Two-piece design, easy install
The two-piece pipe and silicone hose design installs quickly. The upper coupler is replaced by a billet coupler TIG-welded to the pipe. S&B's step-by-step video walks through it.
