This S&B cold air intake kit is built for the 4.0L Tacoma. The vendor claims 65.68% more airflow than the stock intake, which is where the sharper throttle response and a more noticeable engine note come from. It is a gas application and is offered with a cotton cleanable filter (75-5100) or a dry extendable filter (75-5100D).
Fitment
2012-2015 Toyota Tacoma with the 4.0L engine.
Filter choice
Cotton cleanable is washed and re-oiled. Dry extendable runs without oil and is the lower-maintenance pick.
