This is the premium lift option for the 2023+ Super Duty, covering a 3.5 to 5.5 inch range. The kit bundles the components the manufacturer builds to lift the truck and improve how it rides, rather than just raising it, and it is aimed at owners who want both height and better towing manners.
It is built around the Steady Track Steering System with billet radius arms, radius arm drops, an adjustable track rod and a track rod bracket, plus additional parts the manufacturer lists in its full contents. Optional Torxz traction control bars are available for towing. A wheel and tire fitment calculator is available for checking sizing, and the manufacturer references the 4.5 inch setup there.

Track rod bracket and adjustable track rod
The 105017 bracket corrects the frame-side mount for 2.5" to 5.5" lifts when used with the adjustable track rod. It's 3/8" steel, powder coated black, and S&B tested almost 20 revisions to perfect it. The track rod adjusts in the truck via jam nuts for easy alignment and uses an OEM Ford ball joint and bushing, so it's serviceable with common parts and isolates vibration better than comparable Teflon joints.
Radius arm drops (105131)
Radius arm drops are required for any S&B leveling or lift kit. The 105131 drops correct the radius arm mount for 3.5-5.5" lifts and bolt to the frame at 4 points per bracket, reaching back to the transmission crossmember and forward to a tab bolt inside the frame.
Billet aluminum radius arms (105112)
Machined from billet 6061 aluminum, these arms are strong and light and clear tires better than factory arms thanks to an angled design. Adjustable caster cam bolts give full caster control, and a tab accepts the 105048 limit strap kit some shock packages require.
Weight scale relocation kit (105118)
Required on trucks with the factory weight scale system. It includes radius arm brackets for OEM and S&B arms and a rod system that adjusts to lift height, plus brackets to delete the system if you'd rather adjust headlights manually.
12" limit strap kit (105048)
Required for any shock package whose extended length would let the spring go loose. The straps bolt to the S&B radius arm and a frame bracket, using tab bolts and a pull-through kit, with no welding.
Sway bar relocation (105029)
Required for front lifts over 2.5". The brackets let you move the sway bar front to rear for tire clearance at full lock, and new longer end links are included. You keep the factory bar's performance and payload capacity with more travel.
Steady Track system (105101)
Includes a FOX ATS adjustable stabilizer, mounting brackets, a new pitman arm and a new drag link. The stabilizer mounts directly to the pitman arm to eliminate bump steer, and a flat 2011-2016 OEM pitman arm and OEM drag link make room for it. It's fully adjustable and a major upgrade over stock or dual stabilizer setups.
Coil springs and levelers (105020 + 105082)
The levelers give 2.5" of adjustment, from factory perch height to a 2.5" lift. The included coils add 3.5" on non-Tremor trucks and 2.5" on Tremor trucks, so front lift adjusts anywhere from 3.5" to 5.5".
Upgraded bump stops (105053)
An adapter plate bolts into the OEM bump stop location and mounts a much larger oval bump stop.
Torxz traction control bars (optional)
Torxz bars control axle wrap so you can brake and accelerate harder without wheel hop on a leaf-sprung solid axle. They keep pinion angle steady through the travel. They're the only bars on the market with urethane bushings on both ends, and they don't restrict travel or shock-load the frame.
4", 5" and 6" lift blocks (optional)
Measure your factory block, then pick the S&B block height for the rear lift you want. All S&B blocks include bump stop and air bag pads.
U-bolts (optional)
U-bolt length depends on your lift block, so measure the factory U-bolts and block before ordering; the video shows how. The longer U-bolts use 3/4" thread and require drilling the bottom plate out slightly, using drill bit part number 101384.
Two shock packages (optional)
Choose Steady Valve 2.5" FOX HTO shocks valved for S&B, or the FOX 2.5" Performance Elite system, adjustable for high- and low-speed compression. A reservoir bracket hangs the FOX reservoir above the coil spring.
Dual steering stabilizer kit (optional)
The bracket is all 1/4" steel and bolts to the axle with heavy-duty 5/8" U-bolts so it won't deflect under load, and billet aluminum clamps attach the stabilizers to the tie rod. S&B recommends it alongside the Steady Track ATS kit on trucks with 37" or larger tires. It works with FOX IFP stabilizers, sold with the bracket.
