- Clearance and demo items
- Items shipped outside the United States
- Warranty exchanges at dealers, trade shows or events unless Rugged authorizes them in advance
- Return shipping to Rugged, which the buyer pays
How to make a Rugged Radios warranty claim
- Find the product SKU on the packaging and make sure the product is registered with Rugged Radios.
- Complete the Rugged return form and include a copy of the original invoice.
- Ship the item, in its original packaging, to Rugged Radios, Attn: Returns Department, 509 Traffic Way, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420. Return shipping is on the buyer, and Rugged does not issue call tags.
- Once the returns department confirms the defect, Rugged repairs or ships a replacement. Rugged's site gives both 15 and 30 days as the return window, so start the claim promptly.
