Rugged requires registration, the original invoice and a shipped return before it will confirm a defect, and dealers cannot swap units on the spot without its approval. Contact NVMOS first so we can pull your invoice, check which items fall under Rugged's warranty versus a third-party maker's, and walk the claim through with you. Have your order number and a few photos of the issue ready, then call or text us at (920) 249-7744 or send us a message.
