This RCI Metalworks transmission skid plate is CNC laser cut from 3/16" steel or 1/4" aluminum and fit to the 2023-present Colorado. It protects the transmission and the second and third cross-members, and it ties in with RCI front and transfer-case skid plates or runs as a stand-alone piece.

Extra cutouts around the transmission help heat escape, reinforced edges between the cross-members add rigidity, and the smooth, flat surface slides over obstacles.

Fitment

Fits 2023-present Chevrolet Colorado. RCI has confirmed fitment on the 2024 Colorado Z71 and ZR2, the 2023 Colorado Z71 and the 2024 GMC Canyon AT4. The catalytic guards shown in photos are not included.

Finish options

1/4" aluminum comes bare or in satin black powdercoat. 3/16" steel comes in satin black powdercoat for rust resistance.

Install notes

It bolts to existing factory attachment points with no drilling, and hardware plus installation instructions are included. Made in the USA.
