What's covered
- Defects in material and craftsmanship on the part's structure, for as long as the original purchaser owns it
- Powder coat that peels, bubbles or shows light areas within 180 days, as determined by RCI

What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This RCI Metalworks transmission skid plate protects the transmission, exhaust and oil pan on a 2019-present Ram 1500. It works as a stand-alone item or alongside the RCI engine and transfer-case skid plates, and built-in cooling vents give the exhaust room to shed heat.
The surface is smooth and flat so it slides over obstacles. The steel versions carry a heavy-duty textured black powdercoat.
Fitment
Compatible with 4x4 Ram 1500s with the 3.6L V6, 5.7L HEMI or 3.0L EcoDiesel. It will not fit with drop bracket lift kits and is not compatible with 4" or taller lift kits. Some photos show RCI catalytic guards, which are sold separately and not included.
Options
For the 5.7L HEMI and 3.6L V6: 1/4" aluminum (bare or satin black) or 10 gauge steel. For the 3.0L EcoDiesel: 1/4" aluminum (bare) or 3/16" steel in satin black. Aluminum weighs 20 lbs and steel weighs 35 lbs.
Install notes
It attaches to factory attachment points with basic tools and no drilling, and the installation hardware is included. Made in the USA.
