What's covered

- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The factory plate on these trucks bolts straight to the transfer case, so a hit goes into the case rather than spreading out. This RCI Metalworks plate finishes off the underbody protection of the 4th generation 4Runner V8 and the GX 470. It covers the third crossmember, transfer case and exhaust pipe, with reinforced edges between crossmembers and bolt protector rings around exposed bolts. The underside is smooth and flat so it slides over obstacles. Made in the USA.
Choose 3/16" laser-cut steel or 1/4" 5052 aluminum, raw or black powdercoated. The crossmember is powdercoated steel with every option.
Fitment
Fits the 2003 to 2009 Toyota 4Runner V8 and the 2003 to 2009 Lexus GX 470. A V6 version is sold separately.
