What's covered
- Defects in material and craftsmanship on the part's structure, for as long as the original purchaser owns it
- Powder coat that peels, bubbles or shows light areas within 180 days, as determined by RCI
- RCI repairs or replaces the part at its discretion after inspecting it
What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Sportsmen's Package bundles RCI's Pike front bumper, a three-piece skid plate set and a fuel tank skid plate for the 3rd-generation Tacoma. Everything is CNC laser cut, bolts to factory attachment points, and needs no drilling. Made in the USA.
Fitment
2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma. The fuel tank skid requires fuel tank straps if the truck is not a TRD Off-Road or TRD Pro.
What's included
Pike front bumper, which keeps the factory styling and adds recovery points, winch mounting and light bar attachment points, and takes a winch up to 10,000 lb. It is 3/16" steel and weighs 71 lb with no hoop or 77 lb with the short hoop. Engine skid plate, protecting the front two cross-members, front differential and oil pan with service openings. Transmission skid plate, protecting the transmission and the second and third cross-members. Transfer-case skid plate, protecting the third cross-member, transfer case and exhaust pipe. Fuel tank skid plate, 35 lb in steel or 15 lb in aluminum. The skid plate set weighs 120 lb in steel or 68 lb in aluminum.
Options and finish
Materials and finishes are chosen per component, including bare metal bumper options with or without a hoop and transfer-case plates for stock exhaust or an exhaust re-route. Steel plates are epoxy powder coated black. The bumper is also offered with a factory-like powder coat over epoxy primer.
