- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)

- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This package gives the 2024-present Tacoma non-hybrid engine, transmission and transfer-case skid plates. It protects the front two cross-members, the low-hanging front differential, oil pan, transmission, second and third cross-members, exhaust cross pipe and transfer case, and it is a solid upgrade over weak OEM skids. Edges between cross-members are reinforced, bolt protector rings shield exposed bolts, and the surfaces are smooth and flat. Steel plates are black powder coated. Made in the USA.
Fitment
Verified on 4x4 TRD Off-Road non-hybrid models, and suspected to fit additional models, with confirmation pending. The transmission and transfer-case skid plates are not compatible with hybrid models. The engine skid plate requires a front crossmember below the radiator.
What's included
Engine skid plate with a steel standoff bracket and hardware kit, transmission skid plate with hardware, and transfer-case skid plate with a steel crossmember and hardware. Steel weighs 128 lb and aluminum 65 lb. Some photos show A-arm skid plates, which are not included.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to factory attachment points, no drilling. Sections can be removed separately, and a built-in oil drain hole allows oil changes without removing the plate.

No. The transmission and transfer-case plates are not compatible with hybrid models.
What does the engine plate need?
A front crossmember below the radiator. Check your truck, since not every 2024+ Tacoma has one.
Are A-arm skids included?
No, despite appearing in some photos.
Which trims are confirmed?
4x4 TRD Off-Road non-hybrid. Other models are suspected but pending confirmation.
