This package covers the three big pieces under a 2021 and newer Bronco with the 2.7L engine: a two-piece engine skid plate, a transmission skid plate and a transfer-case skid plate. Between them they protect the EPAS power steering unit, front differential, front cross-member, engine and engine bay, intercooler, sway bar disconnect (if equipped), transmission, exhaust, oil pan and transfer case. RCI says the plates hug the truck tightly, so you get the protection without giving up ground clearance.
You choose the material for each plate. The 3/16 inch steel is the heavy duty option, with a black powdercoat as standard, and RCI lists the all-steel package at 114 lb. The 1/4 inch 5052 aluminum is the lightweight option, which cannot rust and needs no finish, and RCI lists the all-aluminum package at 53 lb. RCI puts aluminum at roughly two thirds the strength of the steel at exactly half the weight, so the choice comes down to how hard you plan to hit things.
Fitment
Listed for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco with the 2.7L engine. It is not compatible with Raptor models or Sport models, and it may not work with every 4 inch or larger lift kit, so call us if you are running a tall lift.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to existing factory attachment points, no drilling. Each section can be removed on its own for maintenance. All hardware and installation instructions are included. This package is made in the USA and RCI lists it as in stock.

Does this fit the 2.3L Bronco?
No. This listing is for the 2.7L engine. The other engine has its own package.
Does it fit the Raptor or Sport?
No. RCI says it is not compatible with Raptor models or Sport models.
Will it work with a lift?
RCI says it may not be compatible with all lift kits of 4 inches or more. Call us with your lift and we will help check.
Steel or aluminum?
Steel is the heavy duty choice and comes powder coated black. Aluminum is about half the weight and does not rust, at roughly two thirds the strength of steel according to RCI.
Do I need to drill?
No. It bolts to existing factory attachment points.
