What's covered

What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

RCI offers this Ranger package in 3/16" steel for hard use and 1/4" aluminum for lighter duty, so it suits everything from rock crawling to camping trips. It includes a two-piece engine skid plate, a transmission plate and a transfer-case plate. It protects the EPAS power steering unit, front differential, front cross-member, engine and engine bay, intercooler, sway bar disconnect where fitted, transmission, exhaust, oil pan and transfer case. It hugs the truck tightly, so you keep ground clearance. Made in the USA.
Steel weighs 126 lb and is epoxy powder coated black. Aluminum weighs 61 lb, about 2/3 the strength of steel at half the weight.
Fitment
2019-2023 Ford Ranger, 4x4 and Raptor models. It may not be compatible with all 4"+ lift kits.
What's included
Engine (two piece), transmission and transfer-case skid plates with a hardware kit.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to existing factory attachment points with no drilling. You can reach the oil pan drain plug without removing the plate.

Does it fit the Raptor?
RCI lists it as compatible with 4x4 and Raptor models.
Steel or aluminum?
Steel is 3/16" at 126 lb. Aluminum is 1/4" at 61 lb, about 2/3 the strength of the steel.
Can I get at the oil drain plug?
Yes, without removing the skid plate.
