What's covered

What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

A pair of compact tie-down points from RCI Metalworks that bolt to the cross bars of an RCI roof rack. Hook ratchet straps or bungee cords to them to secure whatever you are hauling, and place them anywhere along the cross bars.

- Steel construction: 3/16-inch steel with a two-stage powder coat over primer.
