- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

A side panel for the GX 460 that gives an RCI roof rack a place to hang gear. RCI laser cuts it from 3/16-inch aluminum, adds rectangular MOLLE cutouts for pouches and tool holders, and slots it for RotoPax mounts and shovel or axe brackets. The black powder coat is there to fight corrosion. It attaches with SeaSucker suction cups, which RCI points to as a key feature, and the recommended load is 40 lb, so keep the heavy recovery gear elsewhere.
Fitment
Intended for the 2010-2024 Lexus GX 460 fitted with an RCI Offroad roof rack; the vendor notes it fits all GX 460s from 2010-2023 with that rack. It bolts onto the RCI rack and is not a standalone panel for a bare roof. Panels are sold one per order, driver or passenger.

A single panel in the side you select, SeaSucker suction cups and all hardware needed for installation.
Install notes
Bolts directly to the RCI Offroad roof rack and needs no drilling. RCI publishes a shared installation guide for the 4Runner and GX 460 panels.
