- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This RCI mount carries a Hi-Lift jack on the roof rack, where it stays out of the bed and out of the way. It installs on any 2" wide extruded aluminum crossbar, so it works with RCI T-slot style bars and similar. The jack can be mounted running side to side or front to back, depending on how you want to load the rack. Powder coated black to resist rust. Made in the USA.
