- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

T-slot extrusion can flex when you load it heavily, which matters on a roof rack carrying a rooftop tent or other heavy gear. These RCI Metalworks bolt-on brackets stiffen 8020 extrusion so it can carry a greater load without excessive deformation.
