- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

These RCI sliders protect the rocker panels on a 4th generation 4Runner or a GX 470 and attach to the frame, so rock strikes land on the frame rather than the body. A full-length 1/4" frame plate with multiple bolt locations does the work, and the sliders remain usable as a step.
The main tube is 2" square with 1.75" DOM outer tubing as standard, 1/4" gussets on all legs and a three-leg design. The tube ends are mitered at 45 degrees to follow the body and avoid hang-ups, the angle is a fixed 5 degrees, and the rear has RCI's low profile kick-out. RCI says they can carry the whole side of the truck for hi-lift lifting or sliding over rock. They weigh 50 to 55 lb per side. Built in the USA.
Options
The angle is a fixed 5 degrees. Pick satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer or bare metal, with or without the bolt-on dimpled tread plate for a better step surface and extra shielding from tire throw.
Fitment
Fits 2003-2009 4Runners without XREAS; an XREAS version is available by special request, so call for details. They also fit the 2003-2009 GX 470, but that requires removing the factory steps and trim below the body pinch seam, and they do not fit KDSS-equipped GX 470 models.

Made to order, so these ship on a lead time. RCI posts current lead times on its site, and we can check the current wait for you.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to existing mounting locations with no drilling, using basic hand tools. Hardware is included, grade 5 and 8 where applicable.

Do these fit XREAS 4Runners?
The standard version is for 4Runners without XREAS. RCI can build an XREAS version by special request, so call us.
What does the GX 470 need?
The factory steps and trim below the body pinch seam must be removed. The sliders do not fit GX 470s with KDSS.
How long until they ship?
They are made to order and ship on a lead time. RCI posts current lead times, or call us to check.
Do I need to drill?
No. They bolt to existing mounting locations and install with basic hand tools.
