What's covered

- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents

- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

These RCI skids guard the low-hanging rear shock mounts and lower link mounts on a JLU with the Dana 44 axle. The package is one pair, a driver side and a passenger side, with all hardware for installation. The finish is a heavy duty black powdercoat. Each skid weighs 5 lbs, so the pair is about 10 lbs. They are made in the USA and in stock.
These mounts stick out under the truck and tend to catch rocks. A small, light plate over each is a cheap way to keep a bent bracket from ending a trip.
Fitment
2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JLU. Confirmed on the JLU Rubicon with the Dana 44 axle. RCI suspects it fits the 392, Diesel, 4xe and Sport with a Dana 44 rear axle, plus the JL and 2020+ Gladiator with a Dana 44 rear axle. It may not work with every suspension brand, so call us with your rear suspension setup to confirm fitment.

It may not be compatible with all suspension brands. Call with your rear setup to confirm.
Does it fit non-Rubicon models?
It is confirmed on the JLU Rubicon with a Dana 44. Other Dana 44 rear axle models are suspected to fit.
