- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The rear differential on the 2024-present Ranger hangs low enough to need protection. This RCI plate is laser cut from 3/16" steel and shaped to the differential, sitting within 1/4" to preserve ground clearance. It clamps to the axle housing with no drilling, has drain holes for water and dirt, and leaves access to the drain plug. Black powder coat resists rust. The update added a taller flange at the rear, a revised clamping mechanism and fully fixtured, robot-welded construction. Made in the USA.
Fitment
Confirmed on the 2024 Ranger XLT, with all 2024+ Ranger models suspected. RCI confirmed it does not fit the 2024 Ranger Raptor or the 2021+ Bronco.
