- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

A Bronco's rear differential hangs low enough to take hits on rocky trails, so it makes sense to shield it. This RCI plate is laser cut from 3/16" steel, finished in black powder coat, and shaped to fit the Bronco differential closely, within 1/4", which keeps the loss in ground clearance small.
It clamps directly to the axle housing with no drilling. Drain holes let water and dirt out, and the differential drain plug remains accessible. The 2022 update brought a taller flange at the rear, a revised clamping mechanism and fully fixtured, robot-welded construction. Made in the USA.
Fitment
RCI lists it for all 2021-present Broncos. It does not fit the Raptor.
