- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This RCI Offroad transmission skid plate is CNC laser cut from 3/16" steel or 1/4" aluminum for hybrid Toyotas. It shields the transmission and the second and third cross-members, and it ties into RCI engine and transfer-case skid plates or stands alone.
Service openings allow maintenance without removing it, reinforced edges between cross-members add rigidity, and the flat, smooth surface keeps clearance.
Fitment
RCI lists the 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro DCSB i-FORCE MAX, the 2024 Land Cruiser (8th gen) and the 2025 4Runner (6th gen). It is engineered for hybrid models.

What's included
Transmission skid plate and hardware kit. Steel weighs 49 lbs and aluminum weighs 22 lbs. It bolts to factory points with no drilling. Made in the USA.
