- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Horizon is a full-length roof rack for the 2025 and newer 4Runner. It is built for roof top tents, lights, Hi-Lift jacks, MaxTrax, RotoPax, a spare tire, bike mounts and baskets. The side panels and rear fairing are laser cut 1/4" 5052 aluminum, the front fairing is 1/8" 5052, and the 1" x 2" cross-bars are black powder coated 12 gauge steel, slotted for accessories and adjustable. It weighs 69 lbs.
The front fairing matches the roof and windshield contour, aluminum parts are CNC deburred, and rubber mounting blocks lift and cushion the feet and seal out moisture without silicone. Side panel slots take handles, side lighting and awning mounts. The rack sits only 3" above the highest point of the truck and does not require the roof antenna to be removed.

Install notes
Bolt-on using existing roof rack mounting holes and rubber load-bearing pads at the front. Assembly takes about 45 minutes. The finish is a black textured powdercoat over epoxy primer.
