- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The Gunnison is RCI's high-clearance front bumper for the 2016-2023 Tacoma, set up for a winch, lighting upgrades and heavy recovery use while keeping a factory-style fit. A single-row light bar mount with an integrated RCI logo doubles as structural reinforcement.
A built-in winch plate ties directly into the frame and accommodates winches up to 10,000 lb, with a tab for a Come-Up winch control box; it is also compatible with Warn, SuperWinch and nearly every other winch on the market. The frame mounts and substructure are fully gusseted, and the 3/4" shackle mounts pass through the shell and are welded directly to the frame mounts and the outer shell. It is designed to accept a Diode Dynamics 30" light bar, other options need extra hardware or brackets, and slotted pod light mounting spans most of the tube section. It is 3/16" plate and .120 DOM tube, finished in satin black powdercoat over epoxy primer. Built in the USA.

Choose satin black powdercoat or bare metal, and a full hoop or no hoop. Weight is listed as 122 lb with a hoop and 112 lb without.

Do I need to trim the factory bumper?
