What's covered

- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This three-piece package covers the underside of a 2019-present Silverado 1500 4x4 with front, transmission and transfer-case skid plates. It protects the EPAS power steering unit, front differential, engine bay, cross-members, oil pan, transmission, exhaust, transfer case and vacuum pump. The profile is flat so it glides over rocks and obstacles.
Two materials are available: 10 gauge steel, powder coated, at 88 lb, and 1/4" 5052 aluminum at 58 lb, which is rust-proof and offers a better strength-to-weight ratio.
Fitment
2019-present Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4. The full package is confirmed on the 2.7L, 5.3L, 6.2L and 3.0L engines. It is not compatible with 4"+ lift kits.
What's included
Front, transmission and transfer-case skid plates with all required hardware and instructions. Material and finish are chosen per plate.
Install notes
Attaches directly to factory mounting points with basic tools and no drilling. The sections can be removed independently for maintenance, and integrated oil drain holes allow oil changes without removing the plates, depending on the model.
