What's covered
- Defects in material and craftsmanship on the part's structure, for as long as the original purchaser owns it
- Powder coat that peels, bubbles or shows light areas within 180 days, as determined by RCI

What's not covered
- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

RCI built this package for owners who want solid skid plates for everyday driving and light off-roading, whether camping, hunting, working or playing. It includes front, transmission and transfer-case plates and protects the EPAS power steering unit, front differential, front cross-member, engine and engine bay, the low-hanging intercooler on EcoBoost models, transmission, exhaust, oil pan, transfer case and vacuum pump. Made in the USA.
Two materials are offered. 10 gauge steel is the value pick, black powder coated, and the package weighs 88 lb. 1/4" 5052 aluminum is lighter, at 58 lb, and does not rust or need paint.
Fitment
4x4 F-150s from 2015 to 2025, EcoBoost and Raptor included. 2015-2020 trucks may need the air dam removed, and it should be re-attachable afterward. 2021-2025 trucks do not require air dam removal. It is not compatible with 4"+ lift kits.
What's included
Engine (front), transmission and transfer-case skid plates with hardware and instructions. Material and finish are selected per plate.
Install notes
Direct bolt-on to factory attachment points, no drilling. Each section removes separately, and built-in oil drain holes allow oil changes without removal on most models. RCI recommends a Fumoto or Ronin valve for clean oil changes with the transmission plate installed.

Do I have to remove the air dam?
On 2015-2020 trucks it may need to come off and should be re-attachable. 2021-2025 trucks do not need it removed.
Does it work with a lift?
It is not compatible with 4"+ lift kits.
Steel or aluminum?
Steel is 10 gauge, powder coated, at 88 lb. Aluminum is 1/4" 5052 at 58 lb and needs no paint.
Is there a PowerBoost version?
Yes, RCI has a separate package for 2021-2025 PowerBoost trucks.
