A punctured fuel tank can leave you stranded and facing a costly repair. This RCI Offroad plate protects the tank on the 2024-present Tacoma, laser cut and CNC formed for a precise fit. It uses the factory mounting locations with substantially stronger construction.

3/16" steel gives maximum puncture resistance using the factory fuel tank support straps. 1/4" 5052 aluminum cuts nearly 50% of the weight. The 18-gallon tank version includes welded bolt protection rings as standard.

Fitment

Fits Double Cab Short Bed and Access Cab trucks with the TRD Off-Road package, and is confirmed on TRD Pro models. Other models need Toyota TRD Off-Road fuel tank straps with threaded studs. If your truck has the Toyota plastic fuel tank skid plate, you likely have the right straps.
