- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

RCI's Bronco fuel tank skid is laser cut from 3/16" steel or 1/4" aluminum and fitted to protect the tank on the 2021 and newer Bronco. A low-hanging tank is easy to hit on a ledge, and this plate also helps the truck slide instead of high centering.
Heavy duty 3/16" steel is for people who want true heavy duty protection on rugged and rocky terrain, and it comes with a black powder coat. It weighs 63 lbs. 1/4" aluminum weighs 25 lbs, is rust and corrosion resistant without any finish, and RCI calls it substantially stronger than factory skid plates and a good fit for daily-driven vehicles. Finishes available are satin black powdercoat or bare metal.
Fitment
2021 and newer Ford Bronco, listed for the 2-door. The vendor description text also refers to 4-door Broncos, so if you drive a 4-door, choose the separate 4-door fuel tank skid and ask us if you are unsure.
