- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The F-150's fuel tank runs a long way under the truck, so it is an obvious thing to protect. This RCI plate is custom fit for 2015+ F-150s that have the 36 gallon tank, and it works on both 4x4 and 2WD trucks with the 2015+ chassis.
Choose between 1/4" aluminum and 12 gauge steel. The steel version is black powdercoated for rust resistance. It bolts to the existing factory attachment points with no drilling, installs in minutes, and ships with hardware and instructions. Built in the USA.
Options
Choose 1/4" aluminum or 12 gauge steel, satin black powdercoat or bare metal, and the 36 gallon tank for your wheelbase (141, 145, 157 or 163 in).
Fitment
Listed for the 2015-present F-150 with the 36 gallon tank. Fitment has not been verified on PowerBoost (hybrid) models. If your truck did not come with an OEM fuel tank skid plate, you need Ford fuel tank straps with studded receivers, which RCI sells. The vendor lists it as not fitting the 36 gallon extended range tank.

Do I need extra parts?
If your truck did not come with an OEM fuel tank skid plate, you need Ford fuel tank straps with studded receivers, available through RCI.
Does it fit the PowerBoost hybrid?
Fitment has not been verified on PowerBoost models.
Will it fit the extended range tank?
No. The vendor says it does not fit the 36 gallon extended range tank.
Do I need to drill?
