More details

This RCI Offroad engine skid plate is CNC laser cut in 3/16" steel or 1/4" aluminum and fit to the front of the 2005-present Frontier. It protects the front two cross-members, the low-hanging front differential and the oil pan.

Service openings allow oil changes without removing the plate, reinforced edges add rigidity between cross-members, and bolt protector rings shield exposed bolts. Center mounting points keep strength up whichever material you choose.

Fitment

Verified to fit all 4-door short bed 4x4 models. Not confirmed on King Cab models.

What's included

Engine skid plate, two mounting brackets (always steel with black powdercoat), one support bar (always steel with black powdercoat) and a hardware kit.

Weights and install

3/16" steel weighs 60 lbs and 1/4" aluminum weighs 27 lbs. It bolts to factory attachment points with no drilling. Made in the USA.
