- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

These catalytic guards are made from CNC laser-cut 12-gauge steel and shield the converters from trail debris. They come as a pair, one for the driver side and one for the passenger side. They are vented for airflow and heat dissipation, with a smooth, flat surface to slide over obstacles, and they tie in with RCI front and transfer-case skid plates and the OEM steel engine bash plate. Pairing them with the RCI transmission skid also discourages converter theft.
They mount to either the 3/16-inch steel or the 1/4-inch aluminum RCI transmission skid, using precut holes.
Fitment
Fits the 2021-present Ford Bronco and the 2024-present Ford Ranger. An RCI transmission skid plate is required for mounting and is not part of this kit.
