What's covered

- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails
How to make an RCI warranty claim
- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

Catalytic converter theft is a real worry, and this guard is RCI's answer for the 2015-present F-150. It is CNC laser cut from 10 gauge steel and shaped to cover the exposed converters. It is vented for airflow and heat dissipation, and its flat, smooth surface slides over obstacles. It also adds strength to the RCI transmission skid plate. Made to tie in with RCI engine and transmission skids and compatible with the OEM F-150 engine and transfer case skid plates.
Once it is installed it cannot be removed without taking the skid plates off first, which is the point.

Fitment
2015-present Ford F-150, 4x4 models only. It does not fit PowerBoost models; RCI has a separate listing for those.
