- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

A loaded bed puts outward pressure on the bedsides. These RCI Bed Stiffeners strengthen the bed of the 2024-present Tacoma and stop it from bowing outward, which matters if you carry a bed rack, a topper, a rooftop tent or other heavy accessories. They are compatible with the OEM bed mat.
Extras include a bottle opener, additional tie-down points, and mounting locations for antennas, whips or safety flags. Finish is two-stage primer and a textured black powder coat.
