- Improper installation, alteration, abuse, neglect or accidents
- Corrosion and normal wear
- Off-road damage (with some exceptions RCI decides case by case)
- Freight, labor, installation or downtime costs
- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This RCI Metalworks kit turns an RCI bed rack into a bike carrier. It works with nearly any bicycle, mountain or road, and keeps the bike up on the rack instead of loose in the bed. The one piece you add is a fork hitch mount, sold separately; RCI stocks compatible bike hitches for most axle sizes.
How it works
- Brackets: a pair of brackets mount to the bed rack.
- Rear tire tray: cradles the back wheel.
- Velcro tire strap: holds the rear wheel in the tray.
- Fork hitch (sold separately): secures the front of the bike. Pick one that matches your fork's axle size.
- Finish: heavy-duty black powder coat over a powder coat primer for improved durability.
Fitment
Made for RCI bed racks; no specific vehicle is listed. You will also need a fork hitch mount, which is not included.

A pair of brackets, a rear tire tray, a Velcro tire strap and all installation hardware. Shipping weight is 6.5 lb.
