The Ascent Full Length is RCI's roof rack for the 2010-2023 Lexus GX 460. It handles lights, Hi-Lift jacks, rooftop tents, shower systems, traction boards, RotoPax, a spare tire, bike mounts or roof baskets, and RCI built it to carry a rooftop tent and heavy gear.
The side panels and rear fairing are 1/4" 5052 aluminum, laser cut. Cross bars are 1" x 2" black anodized T-slot, and the front fairing is 1/8" 5052, shaped to the roof and windshield. All aluminum is CNC deburred. T-slots take nut plates and carriage bolts so accessories go on without removing bars, and the side panels have slots for handles, lights and awning mounts. Injection-molded rubber blocks lift and cushion the feet and seal out moisture without silicone. Made in America.
Fitment
2010-2023 Lexus GX 460. It is a bolt-on design that uses the existing roof rack mounting holes and rubber load-bearing pads at the front of the rack, with no need to remove or alter the antenna. The rack sits 3" above the highest point of the truck, not counting the antenna.
What's included
Rubber trim, black stainless steel hardware and all hardware needed for installation.
Install notes
Bolt-together assembly takes about 45 minutes. The rack weighs 54 lb; shipping weight is 69 lb.
