This is a replacement crossbar for RCI Ascent roof racks. It is a 47 inch length of extruded aluminum with a 1 by 2 inch T-slot profile. The T-slot is the useful part: it lets you slide in and position accessories along the bar instead of drilling or clamping to a fixed location.
It is meant for the situations where a bar has gone missing, got bent or you picked up a used RCI rack that came up short. Buy one crossbar at a time, and order a few if you are rebuilding a rack.
