What's covered

- Hook marks from hanging parts for coating, unless the finish fails

- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

RCI's 9" Bed Bars are a pared-down version of its bed racks, with the same mounting flexibility. They fit any truck bed from a Chevy Colorado to a Dodge 3500. Two cross-members span the bed, spreading load over the bed rails with a high capacity, and you can position the bars wherever you like, from 5' beds to 6'+. They stand 9" tall from the rail, which keeps a roof top tent largely below the roofline and the bed open.
They work with RCI's universal bed rack accessories, so you can mount lights, a Hi-Lift, CO2, a fire extinguisher, Quick Fist clamps, RotoPax, a spare tire or a roof top tent. Slotted points on top accept nearly any roof top tent.
Fitment
Adjustable to any bed with 54" to 69" between the rails. Choose a mounting option: adapter kit for 2005-2015 Tacoma or 22+ Nissan Frontier (for beds with an accessory rail), or none. Optional drill-free clamps are not for use with accessory rail systems.
Capacity
RCI tested the bars in-house to as much as 1500 lbs static but recommends about 750 lbs as a benchmark for parked loads. Use your own judgment when loading heavily.
Install notes
Bolts to the inside of the bed rails. Assembly takes about 15 minutes with a few basic hand tools and all hardware is included. The finish is black textured powdercoat over epoxy primer.
