A rock or a deep pothole can puncture a fuel tank, and the factory skid on these trucks is not much protection. This RCI plate is 10 gauge steel with the same mounting locations as the factory skid plate, but much sturdier metal. The surface is smooth and flat so it slides over obstacles, there are no exposed bolt heads, and welded bolt protection rings come standard. Heavy-duty black powder coat resists rust. Made in the USA.

Fitment
For the 22 gallon fuel tank on the 2022-2023 Tundra and 2023-2024 Sequoia, per RCI. It requires the Toyota rear fuel tank support strap from the off-road model to bolt on.

What else do I need?
The Toyota rear fuel tank support strap from the off-road model is required to bolt it on. It is not included.
Does it fit every Tundra?
It is made for the 22 gallon fuel tank on the 2022-2023 Tundra and 2023-2024 Sequoia, per RCI.
Do I have to drill?
No. It uses the same mounting locations as the factory skid plate.
