- Write a description of the damage and take clear photos
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

The 18" HD Bed Rack is RCI's top-tier bed rack, and the company has phased out most of its custom-sized racks in favor of it. It is built to mount on any pickup bed, from a Colorado to a 3500, with width that adjusts to your truck and three bed length configurations. Three crossmembers span the bed, giving it the highest weight capacity in the line and spreading load evenly across the bed rails. The rack is 18" tall, tall enough to hold a spare up to 35" in a Tacoma bed, and slotted top mounts take nearly any rooftop tent.
Built-in mounting points take lights, Hi-Lift jacks, CO2, fire extinguishers, Quick Fist, Rotopax, a spare tire, bikes and roof baskets. RCI says it has unofficially tested it in-house to 1,500 lbs static, but suggests about 750 lbs as a benchmark for static capacity; use your own judgment loading it. Textured black powdercoat over epoxy primer. Made in the USA.
Fitment
Adjusts to beds from 55.5" to 64" between the bed rails. Choose the 5 ft 6 in (52") or 6 ft (58") configuration, then the mounting option: Toyota adapter kits for Tacoma (2005-2015, 2016-2023, 2024+), 2016-2023 Tacoma/2007+ Tundra/Gladiator or the 2022+ Nissan Frontier, universal C-clamps for drill-free installs, or no mounting option.
What's included
The rack, two top braces, and all hardware and instructions, plus whichever mounting kit you choose.
Install notes
Bolt-together assembly in about 45 minutes. It bolts inside the bed rails, and many Toyota and Jeep models can bolt to the accessory bed rails.
