How to make a Peak Suspension warranty claim
- Peak expects installs to be done by a qualified mechanic experienced with suspension work; keep your install receipt
- Photograph the issue and gather your order details before removing anything
- Failed shocks get shipped to Peak for inspection; if Peak finds the failure wasn't a defect (neglect, install damage and so on), the owner pays for service, parts and shipping
- Shipping to and from Peak on warranty claims is the purchaser's cost

The Peak Suspension Tie Rod Reinforcement Sleeve – 22+ Silverado/Sierra 1500/ZR2/AT4X is a Peak Suspension part built for 2022+ Chevy Silverado 1500 / GMC Sierra 1500. Peak designs and machines its suspension in the USA, and this piece is made for the platform rather than adapted from something generic.
Bigger tires put more load through the steering, and the factory tie rods are a common weak point. Peak's tie rod reinforcement sleeves replace the factory jam nut area with a stainless sleeve that stiffens the tie rod and keeps it from bending, which is cheap insurance on a truck running larger wheels and tires.
