The My Medic Sidekick PRO is the larger-supply version of the Sidekick IFAK pouch. It is meant for everyday minor injuries while you are on the move, and it works as a stand-alone kit. The PRO configuration carries more than 45 first aid supplies.
The pouch has a Hypalon MOLLE panel, which the vendor describes as durable and lightweight, so it can ride on MOLLE-compatible gear. A metal clip makes the kit easy to find in an emergency. There is also extra room inside so you can organize it your way and add the items you personally rely on, which matters because no pre-built kit fits everyone.
