The My Medic Sidekick is an IFAK pouch aimed at everyday minor injuries while you are on the move. It works as a stand-alone kit, and the vendor suggests pairing it with a TFAK if you want something more comprehensive. That makes it a sensible starting point: handle the scrapes, blisters and burns, and add trauma capability separately if you want it.
The standard kit is stocked with bandages, blister strips, burn gel, a hydration pack, a medication pack, a topical pack and gloves. There is extra space inside so you can organize it and add your own items.
