- Powder coat: scratches, chips, fading, discoloration, or rust that starts where the finish is damaged
- Lights larger than 2.25 x 2.25 x 2.25 in. or heavier than 12 oz each (using them voids the warranty)
- Modified mounts or incompatible hardware
- Damage to lights or other parts
- Normal wear, improper install, misuse, impacts, collisions or accidents
- Corrosion from the environment or road salt, or neglect
How to make a GateKeeper Off-Road warranty claim
- Email GateKeeper with your order number
- Include photos of the problem and of how the mount is installed
- Add a short description of what happened
- If approved, you cover removal/reinstall and shipping to GateKeeper; they cover shipping back

A 1/4 in. steel skid plate that protects the Gladiator's tow hitch from rocks and ledges. It bolts to the factory tow bar instead of the receiver tube, so the hitch stays open for towing, and it covers and reinforces the factory hook loops.

- 1/4 in. mild steel, laser cut and CNC bent; ships bare steel

Running a bigger spare under the bed? GateKeeper says the rear lip needs trimming for larger-than-stock spares. Customers report 35x11.5 and smaller fit without trimming, 35x12.5 may need some, and a 37 needed the back section cut off. It ships bare, so plan to paint or powder coat it.

Do I need the hardware kit?
Only on non-Rubicon Gladiators. Their tow bars lack threaded mounting points, so the JTTSHW-GK nutsert kit creates them. Rubicons reuse factory hardware.
Will it clear a bigger spare tire?
GateKeeper says larger-than-stock spares need the rear lip trimmed. Customers report 35x11.5 and smaller fit untrimmed, while 35x12.5 and larger may need trimming.
Can I still tow?
Yes. It bolts to the tow bar, not the receiver tube, so the hitch stays open.
