The Indeflate 2 Hose Analogue inflates or deflates two tires at once and equalises the pressure between them once connected. It was developed to be simple enough for anyone to use, whether you are at a service station or at the roadside with a flat, and it is aimed squarely at the 4x4 and overlanding crowd, though the vendor notes it works in plenty of other situations. It is manufactured in South Africa.
